Refund and Returns Policy

What Enrolling Provides

A Jenglot SUP enrollment grants immediate personal access to all digital content within the purchased program. Content accessible from the point of purchase includes:

  • Transcription accuracy and speed development modules
  • Shorthand notation system guides and practice materials
  • Legal and medical terminology references and document format guides
  • Confidentiality frameworks and professional standards content
  • All supplementary resources included in the program at time of purchase

Access conditions:

  • Single-user license — personal to the purchasing account
  • Non-transferable — cannot be shared with or reassigned to another individual
  • Non-expiring — access does not close after a fixed period following purchase

Evaluation Period — Five Days

A five-day review window opens at the moment of purchase. The purpose of this window is straightforward:

To assess whether the program is the right fit before meaningful engagement with the content begins.

Within this period, the following constitutes appropriate evaluation:

  • Reading through the full program and module structure
  • Reviewing introductory content to assess depth, domain focus, and approach
  • Comparing subject coverage against current professional development needs

The following does not constitute appropriate use of the evaluation window:

  • Progressing substantially through the program content
  • Using transcription, terminology, or notation materials for professional purposes before submitting a return request
  • Completing the program and then requesting a refund on the basis of dissatisfaction

Requests that reflect inappropriate use will not be approved regardless of when they are submitted within the five-day period.

Eligibility Threshold

Refund eligibility is determined by a single, clearly defined measure:

Content AccessedRefund Status
Under 30%Eligible — request may be submitted
30% or aboveIneligible — eligibility permanently closed

The following have no bearing on this determination:

  • Whether the program has been completed
  • The amount of time elapsed since purchase
  • How much content remains unaccessed
  • The price point of the enrolled program

No partial refunds are available for programs accessed beyond the eligibility threshold under any circumstances.

How to Submit a Request

Contact our support team within the eligible window with the following:

  1. Email address registered to the Jenglot SUP account
  2. Order confirmation number
  3. Name of the program for which the refund is requested

An explanation of reasons is not required. Requests are assessed using account verification and content access data. Requests submitted from unregistered addresses or without a valid order number will require identity verification before they can be reviewed.

The Process After Submission

Once a request is received, the following applies:

  • Within 48 hours — account usage is reviewed and a response confirming approval or requesting clarification is sent
  • On approval — the refund is initiated to the original payment method used at checkout
  • Within 7–14 business days — funds are received, subject to the processing schedule of the relevant bank or payment provider

The 7–14 business day window is set by the financial institutions processing the transaction and cannot be shortened by Jenglot SUP regardless of the circumstances of the request.
